Our time together is all about you. 

During our sessions you will be heard, really heard without judgement.
We rarely experience this in today's busy world and this valuable opportunity is truly transformational.

Let me be a totally committed listener in your life. 

I'll be curious.  My questions are designed to challenge, explore and stretch your thinking so you can find the best path forward for you. You will leave coaching with a clear action plan for how to achieve your goals along with the confidence and motivation to do so.

We’ll meet either face-to-face or over Skype - each coaching session lasts 1.5 hours.  
It will depend on what kind of help you need regarding how many times we'll meet.

We'll review the amount of sessions in light of your needs and the progress made as we work together. I take your lead and work at your pace. I won't tie you in to a package or a set amount of sessions.

I believe you are the expert in you!

I have comfortable coaching spaces in both East and Central London locations for us to work in.

I charge £75 an hour.

I treat all clients as unique. The coaching you receive is tailored to your career needs. I work with a wide range of clients from a variety of industries, all of whom are at a career crossroads.
